Your cake shouldn't just look amazing, it should taste incredible too! I’ve developed a range of delicious flavours using only the finest ingredients, including real butter, fresh free-range eggs, Madagascan Bourbon vanilla, and luxury Belgian chocolate. I use high-quality fondant made with premium French icing sugar and infused with a delicate vanilla aroma. Each cake is freshly baked to order and filled with homemade compotes, caramel, or high-quality preserves, paired with either Swiss meringue buttercream or chocolate ganache. It is then coated in a rich layer of chocolate ganache before being finished with fondant, Swiss meringue buttercream, or white chocolate ganache.

A note about allergies:

All of my cakes and treats are made in a kitchen that regularly handles gluten, nuts, eggs, milk, soya, and cereals. Even if a product does not contain these ingredients, traces may still be present, so I am unable to cater for allergies at this time. I may be able to offer vegan alternatives, but these are available for dietary preference only, not for allergies or intolerances.
